How the UN is supporting The Sustainable Development Goals in Belarus
The UN and its partners in Belarus are working towards achieving the Sustainable Development Goals: 17 interconnected and ambitious Goals which address the major development challenges faced by people in Belarus and around the world.
Belarus is actively engaged into the SDGs implementation at the national level under the leadership of the National SDGs Coordinator and with the support of the UN system.
MAPS (Mainstreaming, Acceleration and Policy Support) mission that worked in Belarus in 2017-2018 prepared the document the Roadmap to SDGs Implementation with four SDGs accelerators for Belarus: 1) green transition, 2) future generation orientation, 3) gender equitable society, and 4) inclusive digitalization and social innovation.
